Payments and refunds

Purchases are available for the plans and regions admitted by the order form. Displayed prices and resources describe the service’s plans; an unaccepted quote is neither a purchase nor permission to charge you.

Before accepting, review the operator’s identity and contact details, included and excluded services, language, your name and address, calendar dates and payment limits, both instalment amounts, any applicable taxes and the total in Canadian dollars before accepting. You must be able to correct an error, refuse the quote and save or print the complete contract before accepting it.

French is presented before an express choice of English and remains at least equally evident in the bilingual delivery. The accepted copy, its version and confirmations must remain accessible. Applicable mandatory distance-contract rights are preserved.

Prices of the five initial plans

The following amounts are the service prices in Canadian dollars, before any applicable taxes. The quote and contract must confirm the resources, both instalment amounts and the total before you accept.

• Vulpus Foundations : $99.00 for three calendar months, in two manual instalments of $49.50 and $49.50.
• Vulpus Essential : $279.00 for three calendar months, in two manual instalments of $139.50 and $139.50.
• Vulpus Gold : $379.00 for three calendar months, in two manual instalments of $189.50 and $189.50.
• Vulpus Diamond : $449.00 for three calendar months, in two manual instalments of $224.50 and $224.50.
• Vulpus OSCE : $349.00 for three calendar months, in two manual instalments of $174.50 and $174.50.

The initial contract describes three calendar months with fixed dates in Montréal time. Dates and time boundaries appear in the quote before acceptance. The first payment must succeed within the stated window; access begins after verification and actual delivery. Later activation does not extend the accepted term.

A declined, abandoned or out-of-window payment provides no paid access. A successful out-of-window payment must be refunded; it does not create a new term. If a payment is confirmed without access, keep its reference and contact support instead of making repeated purchases.

An OSCE plan keeps its own period when active alongside Foundations or Part I. Buying one does not extend the other. Extensions and plan changes are not offered in the initial launch.

There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge. Extensions are unavailable in the initial journey. A future extension would require a separate offer, its dates, price and new acceptance; presenting a possibility does not create an entitlement to a future benefit or credit.

Plan changes and use of purchase credits are not offered in the initial journey. This page does not promise an upgrade, credit or extension calculation. Their unavailability does not remove acquired rights or a monetary refund owed.

Part II — OSCE remains a separate plan from Foundations and Part I; Diamond alone does not include OSCE. An authorized initial purchase must clearly identify the relevant plan and must not silently change another independent plan.

You initiate each of the two scheduled instalments manually on a Stripe Checkout page. The amounts, second due date and payment window appear in the contract before acceptance. The contract does not authorize any later automatic charge.

Taxes depend in particular on the nature of the service, your address and the operator’s applicable registration and collection obligations. For eligible Canadian sales, GST/HST and QST are not charged while the operator is unregistered and remains a small supplier under the applicable rules; this is neither an educational exemption nor a zero tax rate. Any other applicable taxes and the actual total appear in the quote before acceptance. No tax registration number is presented unless actually held.

Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure interface, never emailed to support. Your bank may apply its own conversion fees, separate from Vulpus charges.

The initial contract provides cancellation at any time without a penalty, using the designated button, the form supplied with the contract or another written notice to the operator. No reason or account deletion is required. The notice ends access and future instalments for that plan without ending another independent plan.

Only the value of services actually supplied before the notice may be retained, at the stated constant rate, without requesting an additional payment. Time before activation and established periods of unavailability must not increase that value. Any overpayment is refunded in money within ten days after the notice is sent; credit does not replace a statutory monetary refund owed. Mandatory rules and more favourable remedies remain available.

No additional commercial money-back guarantee is offered. This does not limit statutory cancellation, refund or chargeback rights. A refund-processing problem does not reinstate a cancelled contract.

Report missing access, incorrect billing or a persistent problem so a solution can be sought. This is not a mandatory prerequisite to a statutory complaint or remedy. Exercising a dispute right in good faith is not fraud.

A genuinely unauthorized transaction or security risk may require verification or proportionate temporary action. A restriction must not be used to avoid a refund owed or obstruct a right.
