Who provides the service?
#Vulpus Pharma is a preparation platform operated by an individual in Quebec, Canada. The operator’s legal contact details are grouped in the Contact us section. “You” means the person using the service. These terms, the description of your selected plan and the terms disclosed before purchase form the applicable contract documents, subject to mandatory rights under the law.
What Vulpus provides
#Vulpus offers self-directed preparation: Foundations, the Qualifying Examination (QE) — Part I (MCQ), and Part II (OSCE). Depending on the plan, resources include courses, flashcards, practice questions with explanations, simulations, mock exams and progress tools. Your selected offer describes the included resources and language.
Essential, Gold and Diamond include Foundations and Part I (MCQ) preparation. Foundations can also be purchased on its own. Part II (OSCE) has a separate plan: it can be active alongside Foundations, Essential, Gold or Diamond, with its own dates. Diamond alone does not include OSCE.
Educational purpose and independence
#Vulpus Pharma is not affiliated with, approved, sponsored or endorsed by the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC). References to examinations describe the preparation purpose; Vulpus exercises are not presented as official examinations. Consult PEBC and the relevant authorities for eligibility, registration, schedules and official requirements.
Content is for study. It is not individualized medical or pharmaceutical advice, or a decision tool for a real patient. It does not replace current professional sources or clinical judgment. Scores are not an official assessment of competence. No examination result, professional licence, employment or completion timeline is guaranteed.
Your account and eligibility
#The service is intended for adult candidates preparing for PEBC examinations. You must have reached the age of majority and have legal capacity to contract under the rules applicable to you. Vulpus does not determine examination eligibility: PEBC’s official requirements and decisions apply.
Public pages may be viewed from Canada and abroad. Purchases are open in the regions admitted by the order form. Availability depends on your address and applicable obligations; an unavailable region must be disclosed before any acceptance or payment. Access to public pages does not mean purchases are available in every country.
Provide accurate information, keep your email address current and protect your password. Your account is personal: do not share credentials or resell access. Promptly report unauthorized access using the contact above. We will not ask you to email your password.
Account creation requires active acceptance of the terms. Simply viewing a page is not consent to marketing or optional processing of personal information. The privacy policy explains processing associated with the service.
Your account allows two simultaneous learning sessions, for example on your computer and phone. Tabs sharing one sign-in count as one session. A session inactive for 30 minutes releases its place. If two sessions are already active, you can choose to replace the least recently used one; that session must sign in again. This limit does not change your plan’s duration.
Access, duration and payments
#The described plans provide a fixed term of three calendar months of self-directed access, without automatic renewal. Before you accept, the offer and contract identify the resources, language, calendar dates, two manual instalments, any applicable taxes and total payable in Canadian dollars.
Paid access starts only after the server confirms payment and access is actually made available. Activation does not shift the accepted calendar end date or second due date. Returning from a payment page does not prove activation. Detailed rules appear in Payments and refunds and in the contract copy provided before acceptance.
Permitted and prohibited use
#You may view resources covered by your access and use them for personal preparation while that access remains valid. You may make personal notes. Statutory exceptions and permitted uses remain applicable.
- Do not redistribute or resell question banks, explanations, accounts or paid content.
- Do not bypass access restrictions, extract content in bulk without authorization, or disrupt the service’s operation or security.
- Do not submit confidential questions, recollections that reconstruct an official examination, or third-party documents you are not entitled to share.
- Do not provide identifiable patient data or unlawful content that infringes another person’s rights.
These rules do not prohibit legitimate assistive technology. Requests for permission or vulnerability reports may be sent to the contact above.
Content and contributions
#Vulpus content, interfaces and distinctive branding are protected to the extent provided by law. Third parties retain their rights in their marks and works. Access does not transfer ownership of the platform.
You retain your rights in your own notes and messages. When you voluntarily send a suggestion or report, you allow us to review it and use what is needed to respond and improve the service. This does not authorize publication of your personal information or use of documents you have no right to share.
Saved progress and devices
#Some preferences, notes and attempts are saved in the browser you use. They may not be available on another device and can disappear if you clear browser data, use private browsing or change browser profiles. A local-save message is not a promise of online backup or synchronization between devices.
Consider any save-failure message before closing the page. Progress-reset tools affect the data described on screen; they do not cancel a purchase and do not necessarily delete an account or records held by providers.
Service changes and access problems
#Corrections, maintenance or incidents can temporarily affect the service. If a problem prevents use of paid access, contact us for assistance and, where your contract or the law provides, an appropriate remedy, cancellation or refund.
Updates must not remove essential features of a paid offer contrary to your contract or rights. New prices or terms proposed for future purchases do not retroactively change the agreed price. Any change to an existing contract must meet applicable disclosure, notice, consent and cancellation requirements.
Suspension and ending access
#Proportionate action may be taken for unauthorized use, a security risk or a serious breach. Where circumstances allow, we explain the reason and provide a way to correct an error or make representations. Immediate action may be needed to protect the service or comply with the law.
A complaint, refund request or exercise of legal rights is not, by itself, abuse. Suspension or account closure does not automatically remove a refund entitlement. To request account closure, use the identified contact; retention of some data remains governed by the privacy policy.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
#Vulpus and users remain responsible for their obligations under the contract and the law. The educational limitations above do not exclude statutory warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No provision requires you to waive a remedy, class proceeding or complaint to a competent authority.
You may contact us to seek an informal resolution, without making that step a prerequisite to exercising a right or seeking urgent relief. If a provision is unenforceable, the others continue to apply to the extent permitted.
Language, governing law and versions
#Documents are available in French and English. For contracts subject to Quebec language rules, the process is available in French and the French version is accessible before you express your wish to enter into the contract in English. If versions differ, rights allowing the adhering party to rely on either version are preserved.
The operator is based in Quebec, Canada, and the service is intended for an international audience. Using it from another country does not waive mandatory protections applicable to you, including consumer and personal-information protections. No choice of law can remove those protections. The version and date of the accepted document must be identifiable; viewing it alone does not replace required acceptance.
